If you are thinner and have less curves and want to give your bottom and your girls a lift and a better appearance then i would potentially size down. I’m a size M/38 in Brazil, I’m 1.65m tall and weigh 64kg. I ordered size L and the shorts fit perfectly; if I had ordered M, they wouldn’t have fit well. But the top ended up being too big and didn’t provide much support for my chest. Even though it’s white, it’s not see-through. It’s of great quality.

I got the colour winter berry and it looked really nice of and on. The shorts were not see through at all and padding in the sports bra was good. The only problem i had was that the sports bra material wasn’t very stretching which over time hurt my neck but it will probably become less firm the more i wear it.
